Add finely chopped kiwi and finely chopped strawberries and mix well. In a custard mould, add some of the caramelised sugar paste and batter, and cover it with a foil. Keep the custard mould in a hot water pan and close it with a lid. Steam for 10 to 15 minutes. Check by inserting a pointed knife. If it comes out clean it means the custard is cooked. Bring it to room temperature. Refrigerate the prepared dish to set it well. Carefully transfer from the mould to a plate. Garnish with caramelised sugar paste, grated coconut and serve with sliced kiwi and sliced strawberry.
