INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tsp coffee powder
  • water as required
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp coconut fat
  • 3 - 4 tsp coconut water
  • cream of 1 soft coconut
  • 1 tbsp green tea powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut fat
  • 4 - 5 tbsp coconut milk
  • 10 - 12 ice cubes
  • 2 - 3 tbsp coconut paste
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 - 2 1/2 tbsp coconut paste
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp coffee powder
  • 1/2 vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp wet and dry desiccated coconut
  • 3 - 4 green tea powder paste
  • coffee powder and honey for garnish

PREPARATION

    In a hot pot, add coffee powder, water, vanilla essence, coconut fat, coconut water and let it brew.

    Add the mixture in a bowl.

    Add coconut paste, desiccated coconut, coffee powder, vanilla extract, coconut milk.

    Using a hand blender, blend the mixture in the bowl, add coconut milk.
  5. 5

    Take out latte from the pot and let it boil in the hot pan.

    In a blender jar, add cream of soft coconut, green tea powder, coconut fat, coconut milk and blend it well.

    Add ice cubes, fresh coconut paste, vanilla essence and blend it again.

    Place the smoothie in the fridge and let it rest for 15 - 20 minutes.
