INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup soaked brown rice
  • 1 cup chopped tender coconut
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • tsp cardamom powder
  • saffron strands

HOW TO PREPARE COCONUT & BROWN RICE PUDDING

    Soak the brown rice for five to six hours.

    After that grind it using a mixer.
  3. 3

    Pour milk into a pan and boil it.
  4. 4

    Add the ground rice to the boiling milk.
  5. 5

    Stir it continuously.
  6. 6

    Add sugar and cardamom powder.
  7. 7

    When the rice is cooked in the milk, turn off the gas.
  8. 8

    Add chopped tender coconut to this.
  9. 9

    Transfer it to a serving plate.
  10. 10

    Garnish the pudding with saffron strands.
