INGREDIENTS

  • For Coconut & Brown Rice Pudding: 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Bowl Brown Rice
  • Water
  • 1 Bowl Coconut
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • Few Saffron Strands

HOW TO PREPARE COCONUT & BROWN RICE PUDDING

    Procedure to make Coconut & Brown Rice Pudding: Soak the brown rice for five to six hours and grind it into a coarse paste in a mixer grinder.

    Pour milk into a pan and boil it.
  3. 3

    Add the ground rice to the boiling milk.
  4. 4

    Stir it continuously.
  5. 5

    Add sugar and cardamom powder.
  6. 6

    When the rice is cooked in the milk, turn off the gas.
  7. 7

    Add chopped tender coconut to this.
  8. 8

    Transfer it to a serving plate.
  9. 9

    Garnish the pudding with saffron strands.
  10. 10

    Coconut & Brown Rice Pudding is ready to serve.
