Prepare a dough on the kitchen platform with refined flour, adding nutmeg powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, powdered sugar, olive oil, 4-5 orange wedges, dried cranberries and walnuts.
Knead properly while mashing the orange wedges; this orange juice will help make the dough.
Prove this dough by dusting refined flour in a basket; also, dust refined flour on the dough.
Prove it uncovered for 15 minutes in a pre-heated baking pot.
Remove the dough from the container and again dust it with a little flour.
Grease the baking pot with olive oil.
Keep the dough in another container and bake it for 20 minutes on a high flame by covering the container with a lid.
Remove the lid and spray chilled water in the container.
Spray some water on the bread as well.
Close the lid again and let it bake for two more minutes on a low flame.
Remove the bread from the container.
Place a few baking stones on the serving plate and add some dried cranberries and walnuts on one side of the plate, add olive oil and sprinkle nutmeg powder on the bread for garnish and then place the baked bread and serve immediately.
