  • 300 gms Flour
  • Yeast
  • 3 - 5 tbsp Milk
  • Water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Castor Sugar
  • Chocolate Hazelnut
  • Cinnamon Powder

    On a workstation, take 300 gms flour, 2 tbsp activated yeast, 3-5 tbsp milk, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp butter and knead it into a soft dough using water. Place the dough in a bowl and cover it with a muslin cloth and rest it in a warm place. After 2 hours, knock the dough and sprinkle some flour on the workstation. Transfer the dough to the workstation and roll the dough into thick sheet. Spread chocolate hazelnut spread on the sheet and sprinkle a mixture of sugar and cinnamon powder. Roll the sheet into a tight roll. Pinch the ends and cut pieces using a thread. Grease a baking tin with olive oil and place the pieces in it. Rest the tin for 15 minutes. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 160-180’C for 20-25 minutes. Take 2 tbsp icing sugar in a bowl and add some warm water to make glaze. Place the baked rolls on a stand and drizzle the glaze on it. Cinnamon bread is ready.
