  • For Chuski: 1 Cup Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Green Tea Liquor
  • ½ Cup Condensed Milk
  • Black Salt
  • 1½ kg Ice Block
  • Raw Mango Slices
  • Chat Masala

    Procedure to make Chuski: In a heated pan add sugar, green tea liquor, condensed milk and mix it well.

    Add black salt in the mixture.
  3. 3

    In a glass add salted caramel, crushed ice blocks, add satay sticks and press it down properly.
  4. 4

    To garnish chuski, add salted caramel, raw mango slice, sprinkle chat masala and tangy chuski is ready to serve.
