  • FOR Dough
  • 1½ cup flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup water
  • salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • FOR Chocolate Sauce
  • 1 chocolate
  • 1 orange peel
  • 1 vanilla pod slit
  • 2 tbsp double cream
  • water
  • FOR Cinnamon Sugar
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder

    Take flour in a bowl.

    Add some salt into it.

    Heat a pan.
  4. 4

    Add a little butter.
  5. 5

    When the butter starts melting add a little water.
  6. 6

    Add the butter water mix into the flour.

    Whisk it well.
  8. 8

    Place the mixture in the refrigerator for cooling for around ten minutes.

    When the mixture is chilled, fill it in a piping bag.
  10. 10

    Refrigerate the piping bag for another two minutes.

    Heat a little oil in a pan for frying the churros.

    Squeeze the churros from the piping bag to the hot oil.

    When it becomes crispy and golden brown take it out from the oil.

    Churros are ready.

    To prepare the sauce, cut the chocolate bar into small pieces.

    Heat another pan and add water into it.

    Add the chocolate pieces to the water.

    Boil the water on low flame.

    Add orange peel to this water.

    Split a vanilla pod and take out the beans.

    Add the beans into this water.

    When the chocolate in the water starts melting, add some double cream.

    Mix everything well.

    The chocolate sauce is ready.

    Pour the chocolate sauce to a bowl.

    In a bowl, take some castor sugar to make cinnamon sugar.

    Mix it with some cinnamon sugar.

    Coat the churros with the cinnamon sugar mix.

    Serve the churros with the chocolate sauce.
