  • water
  • 1 bar dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 5 to 7 walnuts
  • 5 to 7 marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp candied fruits
  • 1 tbsp honey

    Keep water for boiling and roughly chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.

    In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate and butter and whisk it.
  3. 3

    While the chocolate and butter melt, add chopped walnuts, candied fruits, raisins and whisk it.
  4. 4

    Keep the bowl again on double boiler and add marshmallows, honey and mix it.
  5. 5

    Spread the mixture on silicone mat and flatten it evenly.
  6. 6

    Freeze for 1 hour.
  7. 7

    Cut the chocolate into cubes and serve.
