  • ½ cup Seedless Dates
  • ¼ cup Black Raisins
  • ¼ cup Raisins
  • 2 tbsp Cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Icing sugar
  • ¼ cup Brandy
  • ¼ cup Cherry Liqueur
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • ½ cup Almonds
  • 3 Eggs
  • Salt
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Ginger juice
  • ¼ cup Bread crumbs
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • A pinch Cinnamon powder
  • 5 to 6 Strawberries

    In a bowl add Seedless Dates, Black Raisins, Raisins, Cinnamon powder, Brown sugar, Icing sugar, Brandy, Cherry Liqueur, Orange juice and mix. Add chopped Almonds, Ginger juice, Bread crumbs and mix well. In another bowl eggs whisk and add Salt to test, All Purpose Flour, Ginger juice, Orange juice and mix. Add crumb mix to the eggs. Pour batter into a mould. Bake at 160 c for 35 to 40 minutes. Cut pudding into cubed pieces. Sprinkle Cinnamon powder. Skew Strawberries and pudding cubed pieces on a skewers. Place it over a deep dish. Pour brandy and flame. Sprinkle Cinnamon powder.
