INGREDIENTS

  • 2 packet noodles
  • water as required
  • salt to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1 onion
  • 1 capsicum
  • 2 carrots
  • 100 gm french beans
  • 3-4 tsp soya sauce
  • ½ kg cabbage
  • 50 gm cabbage
  • 3-4 tbsp green chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 carrot
  • 50 gm spring onions
  • 50 gm cabbage
  • 1 tsp sugar spring onions
  • capsicum
  • coriander leaves
  • chilli
  • vinegar
  • soya sauce
  • schezwan chutney

PREPARATION

    To make Chowmein, boil water, salt, noodles and oil in a pan and then pour cold water over it while filtering the noodles.

    Now add oil, garlic, ginger, onion, capsicum, carrots, french beans, soya sauce, and cabbage and mix it in the pan.

    Add noodles, cabbage, green chilli sauce, tomato sauce and mix again.

    Add a little carrot, green onion, cabbage, sugar, green onion and capsicum, coriander leaves and mix again.
  5. 5

    Serve Chowmin in a bowl with chilli vinegar, soya sauce and schezwan chutney.
