INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup of ashirvad atta
  • Ajwain 1tsp
  • 1tsp salt
  • Ghee 2tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Flour for dusting
  • Oil for frying

PREPARATION

    In a bowl add in atta , ajwain , salt, ghee , water and form a smooth dough.
  2. 2

    On a board dust some flour and roll out the dough into a chapati shape .
  3. 3

    Cut the chapati into thin strips.
  4. 4

    Fry the strips in oil until golden brown and serve .
