- 1 1/2 cup of ashirvad atta
- Ajwain 1tsp
- 1tsp salt
- Ghee 2tbsp
- Water as required
- Flour for dusting
- Oil for frying
- In a bowl add in atta , ajwain , salt, ghee , water and form a smooth dough.
- On a board dust some flour and roll out the dough into a chapati shape .
- Cut the chapati into thin strips.
- Fry the strips in oil until golden brown and serve .
