INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2- cup of choli sock in hot water atlist 2to 3 hour
  • 2- cup of basmati rice
  • 2- onion pest
  • 2-tbs ginger garlic pest
  • 4-5 tbs garam Masala
  • 2-tbs red chilli powder
  • 2-tmalpatra
  • 1- potato cut slice
  • Salt required for test
  • Watar
  • 5- tbs oil
  • 2-tbs ghee

PREPARATION

    Take a pressure cooker for in gas stove put oil in the cooker then put a tamalpatra in cooker then put a onion gingar garlic pest in cooker and saute for 4to 5 minutes then aad a garam Masala red chilli powder salt to test and saute them for 5 minutes then aad a soak Rice and choli in cooker then also aad in potato slice in cooker and aad a ghee in cooker then mix with Stepula and lock the cooker and then 3to 4 whistle then off the gas stove and cold the cooker and then serva the choli Masala Rice with curd.
