For kulcha combine all purpose flour, 2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp sugar, salt, 2 tbsp yogurt, water to make a soft dough.
Keep the dough for half an hour to ferment.
make small balls of the dough and roll small thick roti.
Sprinkle water, add kasuri methi and keep aside to ferment.
Cook the kulcha on a pan from both the side till done.
For chole soak white peas for few hours and cook them till soft.
Add chopped ginger, chopped green chilli, chopped tomato, chopped onion, chopped coriander, tamarind, lemon juice, green chutney, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder, coriander powder and mix it well.
