- 1 cup dark chocolate
- cocoa powder
- 1 cup cream
- crushed peanuts
- melted dark chocolate
- melted white chocolate
- edible flowers
- In a bowl, add dark chocolate and microwave it with an interval of 30 seconds thrice. Heat the cream in the microwave. Add the cream in the melted chocolate, mix it and leave it for 4 - 5 minutes. Add the mixture in the tray and set in in the fridge.
- Using a scooper. scoop out the chocolate balls. Coat the truffles in cocoa powder and crushed peanuts.
- Garnish with melted white & dark chocolate, crushed peanuts, edible flowers and serve.
