INGREDIENTS

  • 150gms Desiccated Coconut
  • 180gms Condensed Milk
  • 150gms Chocolate
  • FOR WHITE COCONUT FILLING-
  • 200gms white chocolate
  • 60gm heavy cream
  • 30gm desiccated coconut
  • FOR FILLINGS-
  • Marshmallow
  • Jelly
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • White coconut filling

HOW TO PREPARE CHOCOLATE SUSHI

  1. 1

    Mix the first three ingredients together until soft mixture.

    Press it down on your bamboo mat, until half way (remember to put cling wrap around the mat).
  3. 3

    Put your filling in the middle and start rolling with the help of your mat.
  4. 4

    It will look like a California roll.
  5. 5

    Set it in fridge for 20 minutes.
  6. 6

    Cut into 8-10 wheels (use warm knife).
