INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup white chocolate grated
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 400 gm condensed milk
  • 1 cup walnuts

HOW TO PREPARE CHOCOLATE SPREAD

    Using the double boiling method melt grated white chocolate.
  2. 2

    Add butter.
  3. 3

    Once butter begins to melt add cocoa powder, condensed milk, and chopped walnuts.
  4. 4

    Mix well by switching off the gas.
  5. 5

    Take the bowl off the heat and again mix well.
  6. 6

    Using a ladle, transfer the chocolate spread to a jar and cover with an aluminium foil.
  7. 7

    Refrigerate to store and use when needed.
