- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 tbsp Fresh cream
- 1 tsp drinking chocolate powder

- On the kitchen platform mash homemade cottage cheese with your hands until the texture is thin and creamy. Transfer the mashed cottage cheese to a bowl. Add caster sugar fresh cream, and drinking chocolate powder. Mix well. Make small round balls from the mixture and carefully place sandesh in cupcake liners. Garnish with chocolate chips. Refrigerate chocolate sandesh for 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
