INGREDIENTS

  • 3 to 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 to 3 cups boiled brown rice
  • 3 to 4 tbsp Chocolate syrup
  • Baking powder
  • a pinch
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • For Garnish: whipped cream
  • Chocolate syrup
  • tutti frutti
  • Cherries
  • Candies
  • Decorative leaf

HOW TO PREPARE CHOCOLATE RICE CAKE

    In a bowl beat sugar and eggs together.
  2. 2

    Add some milk and beat again.
  3. 3

    In a bowl of brown rice, pour the chocolate syrup.
  4. 4

    Add a pinch of baking powder.
  5. 5

    Add cocoa powder and mix well.
  6. 6

    Add this rice to the egg mixture and mix well.
  7. 7

    Grease a cake tin and transfer this batter to the tin and bake for 10 min at 180 C.

    Transfer the cake to a plate.
  9. 9

    Fill whipped cream in a piping bag.
  10. 10

    Pipe out the whipped cream to decorate the cake.
  11. 11

    Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
  12. 12

    Garnish with some tutti frutti cherries, and candies.
  13. 13

    Place a decorative leaf to make the cake more appealing.
