In a bowl beat sugar and eggs together. Add some milk and beat again. In a bowl of brown rice, pour the chocolate syrup. Add a pinch of baking powder. Add cocoa powder and mix well. Add this rice to the egg mixture and mix well. Grease a cake tin and transfer this batter to the tin and bake for 10 min at 180 C. Transfer the cake to a plate. Fill whipped cream in a piping bag. Pipe out the whipped cream to decorate the cake. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top. Garnish with some tutti frutti cherries, and candies. Place a decorative leaf to make the cake more appealing.
