  • 5 to 6 blanched pumpkin pieces
  • 4 to 5 tbsp multigrain flakes
  • 1 to 2 cups milk
  • Cinnamon powder
  • a pinch
  • Chocolate syrup
  • salt.

    Add a few blanched pumpkin pieces in a blender.

    Blend it and make a puree.
  3. 3

    Heat a pan and roast some multigrain.
  4. 4

    Add this roasted multigrain to the pumpkin puree in the blender.

    Pour milk into it.
  6. 6

    Add a pinch of cinnamon powder and salt.

    Pour a little chocolate syrup and blend again.
  8. 8

    Decorate the glass with a little chocolate syrup.
  9. 9

    Pour the smoothie into the glass.
  10. 10

    Pour a little more chocolate syrup on the top and serve it to the kids.
