For the chocolate pudding melt the butter and the chocolate in a double boiler and set aside. In a bowl, break three eggs. Add sugar and whisk them well. In another bowl, add the refined flour and the cocoa powder and mix well. Add the melted chocolate mixture with the whisked egg and fold it in. Then add the refined flour mixture and mix well. Add the prepared pudding in the moulds and place them in a baking tray. Fill the baking tray with some water and cover it with an aluminium foil. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180'C for 15 to 20 minutes. Dust the chocolate pudding with the caster sugar and garnish with a strawberry. For the strawberry sauce, chop the strawberries into halves. Transfer them to a pan add water and heat. Add salt condensed milk and star anises to the pan and mix well. Put the mixture in a blender and blend to make a smooth and beautiful sauce. Serve the sauce with the chocolate pudding.
