Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcakes with Strawberry Frosting
Nothing is better than a fresh, homemade cupcake. Try this cupcake recipe made with peanut butter, topped with strawberry frosting.

INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Batter
  • 1½ cups refined flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar powder
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • A pinch cinnamon powder
  • FOR Filling
  • 8 to 10 strawberries
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar powder
  • FOR Garnish
  • Chocolate
  • Cream cheese
  • strawberries syrup
  • sugar powder

HOW TO PREPARE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUPCAKES WITH STRAWBERRY FROSTING

    For the batter: In a mixing bowl add eggs, icing sugar, creamy peanut butter, cocoa powder and refined flour.
  2. 2

    Whisk it well with a hand blender.
  3. 3

    Take small portion of the prepared batter and pour a spoonful of batter into the cupcake moulds.
  4. 4

    Preheat the oven at 170 C and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. 5

    For the frosting: In a mixing bowl, add hard butter, icing sugar, strawberry jam and vanilla essence.
  6. 6

    Whisk it well with the help of a hand blender.
  7. 7

    For the piping: Take a piping bag and cut its tip.
  8. 8

    Fix a star nozzle at the tip and fill the piping bag with the prepared frosting.
  9. 9

    Remove the cupcakes from the silicon moulds.
  10. 10

    Do the icing on the cupcake with the prepared frosting.
  11. 11

    Garnish it with strawberries and colourful chocolates.
