INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1½ tsp vanilla essence
  • ½ cup refined flour
  • oil for greasing
  • Chocolate sauce
  • White chocolate chips

HOW TO PREPARE CHOCOLATE MELTS

    Melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler.
  2. 2

    Take eggs in a bowl.
  3. 3

    Add baking powder.
  4. 4

    Beat the egg using an electric beater.
  5. 5

    To the beaten egg, add brown sugar and beat again.
  6. 6

    Add vanilla essence and the melted chocolate to the egg mix.
  7. 7

    Add refined flour, mix well.
  8. 8

    Grease the moulds with oil and pour the mixture.
  9. 9

    Bake in a pre heated oven at 200 C for 10 min.

    Garnish the chocolate melts with chocolate sauce.
  11. 11

    Unmould the chocolate melts in a serving plate.
  12. 12

    Add some white chocolate chips on top and serve.
