INGREDIENTS

  • 55 gms butter
  • 70 gms dark chocolate
  • 70 gms caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp flour

HOW TO PREPARE CHOCOLATE LAVA

  1. 1

    Melt 55 gms butter and 70 gms dark chocolate using the double boiler method.
  2. 2

    In a bowl whisk 70 gms caster sugar with 1 egg.
  3. 3

    Add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tbsp flour and whisk again.
  4. 4

    Add the melted chocolate and whisk again.
  5. 5

    Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the cake batter.
  6. 6

    Bake it in a preheated oven at 160-180'C for 10 minutes.
  7. 7

    Chocolate Lava Cake is ready.
