  • Semolina- 1cup
  • Sugar -1/2 cup
  • Raw chocolate- 100g
  • 2 small cardamom
  • Water -2cup
  • Salt a pinch, oil to fry.

    1.To start with 1st cut the raw chocolate to small pieces then cross the cardamom into a fine powder.Put a frying pan on the stove add 2cup of water when water becomes hit add sugar ,cardamom powder n salt.when starts boiling put small of semolina and stir it.Do the same for the rest semolina stir it properly to avoid forming lump Keep it on the flame for 2min.Remove from flame and keep asid Wait till the dough cool down to room temperature knead the dough with oil to make it softer.make small ball from the above dough, rollout each ball into small round shape and put chocolate stuff to it.Then roll it again to make a ball.

    6.Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the above ball in a lower flame till it turns golden brown from each side.Kakara pitha is ready and serve it cool.
