INGREDIENTS

  • Dark chocolate
  • Cake containers
  • Kiwi
  • orange wedges
  • blackcurrant grapes
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • For Garnish Chocolate sauce
  • Papaya scoop

PREPARATION

    Melt dark chocolate sing a double boiler. Coat the insides of the cake containers with melted chocolate, making a thick layer. Freeze for 10 minutes. Unmould the chocolate tarts from the cake container. Chop the kiwis, strawberries, and black currant grapes and add them to a big bowl add the orange wedges. Drizzle with honey and toss to make the fruit glaze. Fill some fresh cream in a piping bag and pipe out on the chocolate tarts. Top with the glazed fruits and arrange in a serving plate. Decorate the plate with chocolate sauce. Garnish the fruit tarts with papaya and watermelon scoops.
