  • Kiwi
  • orange wedges
  • blackcurrant grapes
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • For Garnish: Chocolate sauce
  • Papaya scoop

HOW TO PREPARE CHOCOLATE FRUIT TART

    Melt dark chocolate sing a double boiler.
  2. 2

    Coat the insides of the cake containers with melted chocolate, making a thick layer.
  3. 3

    Freeze for 10 minutes.
  4. 4

    Unmould the chocolate tarts from the cake container.
  5. 5

    Chop the kiwis, strawberries, and black currant grapes and add them to a big bowl , add the orange wedges.
  6. 6

    Drizzle with honey and toss to make the fruit glaze.
  7. 7

    Fill some fresh cream in a piping bag and pipe out on the chocolate tarts.
  8. 8

    Top with the glazed fruits and arrange in a serving plate.
  9. 9

    Decorate the plate with chocolate sauce.
  10. 10

    Garnish the fruit tarts with papaya and watermelon scoops.
