INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gm chocolate
  • 250 gm butter
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup refined flour
  • Butter
  • Icing sugar

PREPARATION

    In a double boiler take an equal quantity of chocolate and butter. Melt these and allow the mixture to cool. Take some icing sugar in a bowl. Add to it eggs and whisk well. Pour this into the melted chocolate butter mix. Blend these with a spoon. Add some refined flour to it and mix again. Refrigerate. Grease the baking moulds with butter. Pour the cold chocolate batter into these moulds and bake it in a pre heated oven at 180 C to 200 C for 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer the fondants to a serving plate. Sprinkle some icing sugar for garnish.
