  • For Batter :1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • Cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 3 tbsp refined flour
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Chocolate as required
  • For Garnish: Chocolate syrup as required
  • Pineapple chopped
  • Powdered sugar
  • Cocoa powder
  • Mint leaves

    In a mixer add coconut milk and banana.

    Add powdered sugar, baking soda and refined flour.

    Blend keeping the batter thick.
  5. 5

    Set aside in a bowl.

    Heat a pan on a medium flame.

    Pour the batter and spread evenly across the pan to make a dosa.

    Add oil.

    Grate chocolate over the dosa and fold it.

    Put the dosa in a plate and cut into half.

    Drizzle with the chocolate syrup.
  12. 12

    Decorate the plate with the chopped pineapple.

    Sprinkle powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
  14. 14

    Garnish with mint leaves.
