INGREDIENTS

  • Butter for greasing
  • 1 cup biscuit crumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 to 4 tbsp custard
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Chocolate sauce
  • Whipped cream
  • Cherries
  • icing sugar

HOW TO PREPARE CHOCOLATE CUSTARD

    Grease a pie dish with butter.
  2. 2

    In a bowl, mix biscuit crumbs and butter.
  3. 3

    Make a layer of this mixture in the butter greased mould and make the base layer for the custard.
  4. 4

    Freeze this base for 10 min.
  5. 5

    Once set spread custard on the top of this base.
  6. 6

    Make another layer with the chocolate sauce (combination of hazelnut flavoured chocolate and whipped cream).
  7. 7

    Create any pattern on the custard, using a fork.
  8. 8

    Freeze the mixture again for another 10 min.
  9. 9

    Fill whipped cream in a piping bag.
  10. 10

    Once the custard is set, pipe out the whipped cream on top.
  11. 11

    Garnish with some cherries and dust some icing sugar.
