INGREDIENTS

  • Butter for greasing; 1 cup biscuit crumbs; 1 tbsp butter; 3 to 4 tbsp custard; 2 to 3 tbsp Chocolate sauce; Whipped cream; Cherries; icing sugar

HOW TO PREPARE CHOCOLATE CUSTARD

    Grease a pie dish with butter.

    ; In a bowl, mix biscuit crumbs and butter.
  3. 3

    ; Make a layer of this mixture in the butter greased mould and make the base layer for the custard.
  4. 4

    ; Freeze this base for 10 min.
  5. 5

    ; Once set spread custard on the top of this base.
  6. 6

    ; Make another layer with the chocolate sauce (combination of hazelnut flavoured chocolate and whipped cream).

    ; Create any pattern on the custard, using a fork.
  8. 8

    ; Freeze the mixture again for another 10 min.
  9. 9

    ; Fill whipped cream in a piping bag.
  10. 10

    ; Once the custard is set, pipe out the whipped cream on top.

    ; Garnish with some cherries and dust some icing sugar.
