Chocolate & Chipotle Mousse
You absolutely need to have this rich, creamy dessert with a kick of chilli and chocolate.

  • 500 ml condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp chipotle chilli paste
  • Cinnamon and powdered sugar mix
  • chocolate

    Pour the condensed milk in a double boiler and heat on a low flame.
  2. 2

    Add the dark chocolate cream, cinnamon stick and chipotle chilli paste.
  3. 3

    Mix well and cook slowly by stirring until the texture becomes smooth.
  4. 4

    Pour the chocolate mixture into the shot glasses and keep them a refrigerator until set.
  5. 5

    Garnish with cinnamon and powdered sugar mix.
  6. 6

    Top with a chocolate and serve.
