- 500 ml condensed milk
- 2 tbsp
- 3 tbsp cream
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp chipotle chilli paste
- Cinnamon and powdered sugar mix
- Pour the condensed milk in a double boiler and heat on a low flame. Add the dark chocolate cream, cinnamon stick and chipotle chilli paste. Mix well and cook slowly by stirring until the texture becomes smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture into the shot glasses and keep them a refrigerator until set. Garnish with cinnamon and powdered sugar mix. Top with a chocolate and serve.
