  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Water
  • Oil for frying
  • For garnish: Caramel sauce, Melted chocolate and Sprinklers

    In a bowl, add all purpose flour, ghee, water and prepare a soft dough Dip the dough in ghee and roll out Using a cookie cutter give it a proper shape.

    In a heated pan, sugar and leave it to caramelise Add walnuts, almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts and mix it well Grease a plate using oil and transfer the dry fruits in it and leave it to set Crush it once it is set and add it in the bowl.

    Stuff the dough with crushed dry fruits and seal it Repeat the same with other gujia Deep fry it in the oil until it turns golden brown.

    Garnish with melted chocolate, caramel sauce and sprinklers.
