- 1/2 cup cashew nuts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 1 cup sugar
- oil for frying
- For garnish
- caramel sauce
- melted chocolate
- In a bowl, add all purpose flour, ghee, water and prepare a soft dough. Dip the dough in ghee and roll out. Using a cookie cutter give it a proper shape.
- In a heated pan, sugar and leave it to caramelise. Add walnuts, almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts and mix it well. Grease a plate using oil and transfer the dry fruits in it and leave it to set. Crush it once it is set and add it in the bowl.
- Stuff the dough with crushed dry fruits and seal it. Repeat the same with other gujia. Deep fry it in the oil until it turns golden brown.
- Garnish with melted chocolate, caramel sauce and sprinklers.
