  • 120 gms Digestive Biscuits
  • 50 gms Melted Butter INGREDIENTS FOR MOUSSE

HOW TO PREPARE CHOCOLATE AVOCADO MOUSSE WITH GOLD LEAVES

    Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler stirring until completely melted.

    Remove from heat and leave to cool while preparing the remaining ingredients.

    Cut avocados in half and remove pip and skin.
  4. 4

    Place into a grinder with milk, honey, cocoa powder and melted chocolate.

    Blend until the mousse comes together.

    At first it will look crumbly and separated.

    If needed add more milk for thinner mousse consistency.
  8. 8

    Garnish & Serve.
