Choco Lava Cake

Flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, melted butter, fresh yogurt and dark chocolate are just a few ingredients one needs to bake Eggless Choco Lava Cakes in the comfort of their kitchen.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups rice cooked
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp sugar powdered
  • 2 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg powder
  • chopped nuts
  • raisins
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • salt
  • oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar

HOW TO PREPARE CHOCO LAVA CAKE

    In a bowl mix refined flour with cocoa powder and baking powder after sieving them thrice. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler. Add unsalted butter and stir till both blend well. In another bowl add fresh yogurt. Mix with sugar and stir until sugar granules completely dissolve. Add baking soda and mix again. Rest this mixture for 4 to 5 minutes. Pour the yogurt mixture in the chocolate mixture and mix well. (All ingredients should be at room temperature while mixing. ) To this mixture, add refined flour cocoa powder mix. Stir well. Pour this chocolate batter in baking moulds and bake for 6 8 minutes. Once baked set aside the cakes for 2 to 3 minutes so that the heat inside the cake subsides. Unmould the cakes to a serving plate and garnish with icing sugar
