INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup refined flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • cup cocoa powder
  • 125 gm dark chocolate
  • 100 gm unsalted butter
  • 1 cup yogurt fresh
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • icing sugar

HOW TO PREPARE CHOCO LAVA CAKE

    In a bowl mix refined flour with cocoa powder and baking powder after sieving them thrice.

    Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler.
  3. 3

    Add unsalted butter and stir till both blend well.
  4. 4

    In another bowl add fresh yogurt.
  5. 5

    Mix with sugar and stir until sugar granules completely dissolve.

    Add baking soda and mix again.
  7. 7

    Rest this mixture for 4 to 5 minutes.

    Pour the yogurt mixture in the chocolate mixture and mix well.

    (All ingredients should be at room temperature while mixing.

    ) To this mixture, add refined flour cocoa powder mix.

    Stir well.

    Pour this chocolate batter in baking moulds and bake for 6 8 minutes.

    Once baked set aside the cakes for 2 to 3 minutes so that the heat inside the cake subsides.
