  • Ingredients :
  • 1cup atta
  • 1 tea spoon backing powder
  • 1 tea spoon backing soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tea spoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 3/4 powdered sugar
  • 4 tbl spn curd
  • 1/2 cup milkmaid
  • 4 table spoon cocoa powder
  • Chocolate syrup for garnishing.
  • For Ganache: fresh cream and dark chocolate.

    #Choco_Ganache_Cake(Egg lesMethod: Preheat the oven at 180°c Grease the cake pan with butter and dust flour or atta. First mix all the dry ingredients in a mixingbow. Then in another bowl beat the butter and sugar well. Then add vanilla essenc, curd and milkmaid . Next add all the dry ingredients into the mixture and mix with cut and fold process. Pour the batter in greased pan. Bake it for 12 to 15 min. When the baking is done, keep it in fridge. When it's cooled down spread the choco ganache, garnish with chocolate syrup And serve.
