INGREDIENTS

  • 2 white sandwich bread
  • ½ cup dark chocolate, molten
  • 1 tbsp kiwis, chopped
  • 1 tbsp oranges, chopped
  • 1 tbsp apples, chopped
  • 1 tbsp bananas, chopped
  • FOR garnish
  • Sugar syrupflavoured
  • Colourful vermicelli

HOW TO PREPARE CHOCO FRUIT SWISS ROLL

    Cut the sides of the bread and flatten it using a rolling pin.
  2. 2

    Apply the molten chocolate onto the bread.
  3. 3

    Top the bread slice with all the chopped fruits, such as, apples, oranges and bananas.
  4. 4

    Dip the edges into the coloured vermicelli.
  5. 5

    Drizzle some flavoured sugar syrup, garnish with vermicelli and serve.
