INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups flattened rice
  • water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • ½ cup onions
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 2 tbsp green chillies
  • salt
  • ½ cup celery
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1½ tsp soya sauce
  • ½ tsp sugar powder
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • sev
  • 1 tbsp coconut
  • 1 spring
  • 1 lemon wedge

PREPARATION

    Soak flattened rice in water and strain it in water.
  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger chopped onions, boiled potatoes, chopped green chillies, chopped celery, tomato sauce, soy sauce, powdered sugar, and soaked flattened rice, lemon juice and salt.

    Mix them well.

    Serve it into a bowl. Sprinkle it with sev grated coconut, a sprig of coriander and lemon wedge.
