  • 1/2 cup Parsley leaves
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp lime juice, Salt, black pepper, oil

    Grind parsley leaves, chopped garlic, chopped onions, dried oregano, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt and black pepper powder in a mixer grinder.

    Blend it to a paste.

    Then, transfer the blended mixture into a bowl and add olive oil into it.

    Mix it well.

    Cover and refrigerate the Chimichurri sauce over night.

    Your Chimichurri sauce is ready.
