- 500 grams all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp fry instant yeast
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt as per taste
- Strain the all-purpose flour in a bowl. In a pan, add water and let it heat. In another bowl, combine dry instant yeast, warm water, sugar and leave it to activate.
- In a heated pan, add butter and let it melt. Add olive oil, salt as per taste and mix. Add the activated yeast to the all-purpose flour and mix it well. Add butter mixture and mix again.
- Add milk and prepare a dough. Cover the dough using a cling film and leave it to prove. Shape the dough using hands and add it on the baking tray. Brush the dough with Chimichurri. Add parmesan cheese and bake it in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes for 180'C.
