INGREDIENTS

  • 6 green chillies
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp jalapenos
  • 2 tbsp yellow and red bell peppers
  • 2 to 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 cup refined flour batter
  • oil for frying
  • Mayonnaise dip

HOW TO PREPARE CHILLI CHEESE CHATPATE

    Slit the green chillies and deseed them.
  2. 2

    In a bowl combine grated cheese, finely chopped yellow and red bell peppers, and chopped jalapenos.

    Mix well and fill the chillies with this filling.

    Keep aside.
  5. 5

    Make refined flour batter.
  6. 6

    Dip the stuffed chillies in the batter.
  7. 7

    Coat them with breadcrumbs and black sesame seeds.
  8. 8

    Deep fry chilli cheese chatpate in hot oil until golden brown.

    Serve chilli cheese chatpate with mayonnaise dip.
