  • 1 cup green apple
  • 1 cup chopped watermelon
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

    In a mixing bowl, add chopped green apple, watermelon, pineapple, bell peppers, onions, dried basil, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder, honey and cider vinegar. Mix them well.

    Transfer it in a mixer grinder. Grind them well.

    Serve the watermelon gazpacho in a bowl.
