INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup green apple
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder, Salt, pepper
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

HOW TO PREPARE CHILLED WATERMELON GAZPACHO

    In a mixing bowl, add chopped green apple, chopped watermelon, chopped pineapple, chopped bell peppers, chopped onions, dried basil, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder, honey and cider vinegar.

    Mix them well.

    Transfer it in a mixer grinder.

    Grind them well.

    Serve the watermelon gazpacho in a bowl.
