  • 1 Avocados
  • 400gm Tomato Puree
  • 1 cup Blanched Almonds
  • ¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Pinch of Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Brown Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Vegetable Stock
  • Cucumber Strips and Micro Greens for garnish

HOW TO PREPARE CHILLED AVACADO AND TOMATO SOUP

    Chop avocados by scoping out the flesh.

    Blend all ingredients in the blender till smooth.

    Serve with pickled cucumber strips and micro beans.
