INGREDIENTS

  • 2 raw mangoes
  • 2 onions
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp turmuric
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 100 mg mustard oil
  • Achaar masala

PREPARATION

  1. 1

    Cut raw mangoes, onions together in a plate.
  2. 2

    Put salt,turmeric, red chilli powder and mix.
  3. 3

    Put achaar masala on to it.
  4. 4

    Put the mixture on glass container .
  5. 5

    And put the mustard oil on to it.
  6. 6

    Put the chilla under the sun rays for 4 hours.
  7. 7

    And eat it with paratha,dal and rice or roti.
