INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup black sesame seeds
  • ½ cup white sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup cranberries, dried
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar, Clarified butter for glazing

HOW TO PREPARE CHIKKI TIL BERRY

  1. 1

    Roast black and white sesame seeds in a wok.
  2. 2

    Add poppy seeds, ghee, cardamom powder, brown sugar, and dried cranberries.
  3. 3

    Mix until sugar melts.
  4. 4

    Pour the mixture in a silicon mould.
  5. 5

    Cool for a while.
  6. 6

    Demould the mixture and serve after cutting it into pieces.
