INGREDIENTS

  • 1cup small chopped onion capsicum beans cabbage carrot,1cup small chopped spinach,ginger garlic paste,
  • 1/2tsp soya sauce and chilly sauce,2tomato puree chinese seasoning salt and black pepper powder,boiled noodles and spring onion leaves.
  • Half cup boiled chickpeas

PREPARATION

    In a pan take olive oil and sauté the paste and then add all the veggies.

    A dd both the sauces and give a stir fry.
  3. 3

    Add chickpeas and tomato puree.
  4. 4

    Add three cups of water and give a nice boil.
  5. 5

    Add all the seasonings.
  6. 6

    Add noodles while serving and pour the hot soup and garnish with spring onion leaves.
