- 1cup small chopped onion capsicum beans cabbage carrot,1cup small chopped spinach,ginger garlic paste,
- 1/2tsp soya sauce and chilly sauce,2tomato puree chinese seasoning salt and black pepper powder,boiled noodles and spring onion leaves.
- Half cup boiled chickpeas
- In a pan take olive oil and sauté the paste and then add all the veggies.
- A dd both the sauces and give a stir fry.
- Add chickpeas and tomato puree.
- Add three cups of water and give a nice boil.
- Add all the seasonings.
- Add noodles while serving and pour the hot soup and garnish with spring onion leaves.
