INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup soaked chickpeas
  • 1 egg
  • 1 to 2 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp gram flour
  • black pepper powder to taste
  • salt to taste
  • olive oil as required
  • For Serving : Tomato sauce

HOW TO PREPARE CHICKPEA FRITTERS

    In a blender jar add soaked chickpeas and blend well.
  2. 2

    Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add an egg, finely chopped parsley, red chilli powder, baking powder, gram flour, salt, and black pepper powder.
  3. 3

    In a pan, heat olive oil and pour a spoonful of the mixture on the pan and spread a little to give an oblong shape.
  4. 4

    Cook well from both the sides until golden brown.
  5. 5

    Arrange the fritters in the serving plate and serve with tomato sauce.
