INGREDIENTS

  • For marination
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tsp sunflower oil
  • 3 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • For chicken
  • 2 boneless chicken breast
  • 3 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt
  • 2 tsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • For olive khichdi
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp black pepper corn
  • 2 dried chillies
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 cup chopped black olive
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 cups boiled rice

PREPARATION

    Dice chicken breast and put in a bowl.

    Add sunflower oil, ginger garlic paste, salt and mix well.
  3. 3

    In another bowl add yogurt, sunflower oil, cinnamon powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well.

    Add chicken piece in marinade bowl. Leave aside for 5 minutes.

    Add Lemon juice mix well.

    Skew the pieces and place on a grill rack, coat pieces of onions and tomato in marinade and cook.

    Heat oil and butter in a pan, add lemon juice, mustard seeds, black pepper corn, dried chillies, cumin seeds, chopped black olive and mix.

    Add boiled rice and slit.
  9. 9

    Serve with olive khichdi, tomato, onion, pea shoot and cinnamon powder.
