  • ½ cup Curd
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp red chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • 4 to 5 pieces chicken boneless
  • Salad
  • lemon slice
  • Mint leaves
  • green chutney

    For the marinade combine yogurt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, chaat masala, salt, and red chilli paste in a bowl and then add mustard oil. Mix well. Marinate the boneless chicken pieces. Let the chicken marinate for 30 min. Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on the skewer and grill in a barbeque until light brown. In the serving plate, arrange salad and place the kebabs (along with the skewers). Garnish with lemon slice mint leaves, and salad. Serve with green chutney.
