INGREDIENTS

  • For dumpling
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp synthetic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp chopped ginger
  • 2 tsp chopped onion
  • ½ tsp vegetable stock
  • ½ cup milk
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • For chicken soup
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp green chillies
  • 1 cup chicken strips
  • sea salt
  • 1 cup carrot juliennes
  • 2 cups stock
  • 1 tbsp corn flour mixture
  • tomato powder
  • leek ash powder.

PREPARATION

    For Dumpling: In a bowl, add all purpose flour, baking powder, synthetic vinegar, unsalted butter, paprika powder, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped onion, vegetable stock, milk, salt and mix well, roll the dough, sprinkle all purpose flour and cut into equal parts.

    Make bolls of the dough, In a zip lock bag add olive oil and dough ball, put zip lock bag in boiling water and close lid and cook.

    For Chicken Soup: In a pan, heat Oil, add chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, chopped spring onion, chicken strips, sea salt, carrot juliennes, stock and bring it to boil, add corn flour mixture, remove the dumpling from zip lock bag.

    Garnish with tomato powder, leek ash powder, carrot, spring onion.
