INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Chicken Breast (sliced into thin strips), 3 Eggs, 1 tsp Corn Flour, 1 packet of 150 grams of Hakka Noddles, 1 carrot, 1 capsicum (diced), 1 spring onion, 1 tsp Home made ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp crushed Pepper Corn, 1 Green Chilli, 2 tbsp Chings Secret Schezwan Chutney, 2 tsp Chings Secret Soya sauce.

    Add 1 Egg white and 1 tsp cornflour to the chicken breast and mix welCook the chicken in a pan till golden browSeparately while the chicken is being cooked, boil the noodles till cooked with 1 tsp of oiremove the chicken and add more oil to the paScramble 2 Eggs and removAdd more oil and add the diced spring onions, excluding the leaves, then add the carrot and ginger garlic paste, add the sliced capsicum, spring onion leaves and the crushed peppercornToss the vegetableAdd the schezwan sauce and soya saucAdd the chicken and scrambled eggs into the mixturCook for 2 minutes and then add the noodleStir well and add salt according to your tastServe hot.
