  • FOR Chicken Salad
  • 1 chicken breast
  • FOR The Marinade
  • 1 tsp mustard sauce
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Crushed black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • FOR the Dip
  • 1 cup pineapple chopped
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers juliennes
  • 5 to 6 lettuce chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • FOR Serving
  • 2 slices bread toasted
  • Lettuce leaves chopped

    Make small slits in the chicken breast.

    To marinate the chicken, keep it in a bowl and add mustard sauce, Worcestershire sauce, crushed black pepper, salt and oil.

    Mix well.

    Heat a grill pan and grill the chicken on both sides for 10 minutes at least.

    Chop the grilled chicken breast after cooling.

    For the dip, take chopped pineapple in a bowl.

    Add chopped lettuce and mayonnaise.

    Place the toasted bread slices on a serving plate.

    Arrange chopped lettuce leaves and the prepared salad.

    Sprinkle crushed black pepper and salt.

    Arrange the chicken pieces.

    Put some more salad and pierce with a toothpick to keep the chicken salad intact.
